Lead key initiatives in various Supply Chain functions-materials, production, inventory, logistics, demand management, and order fulfillment. Ensure end-to-end fulfillment of internal and external customer expectations across all supply chains.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations for a reliable and efficient supply chain.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects aligned with the Atmus Operating System and Functional Excellence direction.
  • Support Corporate Supply Chain initiatives and lead crossBusiness Unit planning processes for intracompany alignment.
  • Collaborate to address longterm supplier constraints and establish common supply chain processes and procedures.
  • Strategically and tactically approach daily problemsolving and continuous improvement for performance targets.
  • Develop, understand, and improve Key Performance Indicators.
  • Analyze operational trends and implement corrective action plans.
  • Promptly address supply chain failures to ensure operational stability and escalate as needed.
  • Prepare and manage an annual operating plan, including expense resources and capital.
  • Manage, coach, and develop staff, working with employees to set goals in training, development, performance, and career planning.

Qualifications:

  • B.S or BA in an applicable field
  • APICS Certification.
  • This role requires someone with full working rights (Australian Citizen or PR)_
