Our client is Australia's largest wholesaler of Engineered Wood Products including the SmartFrame range of Timber I-Joist, Laminated Veneer Lumber and Glued Laminate Beams.

About the Role:

Our client is looking for a General Mill Hand to join their team in order to assist with the following duties as required:

• Accurate picking, packing, and checking of orders
• Maintain storage of goods/stock according to stores procedures
• Package, pickup, drop off and handling of goods
• Report any damage to stock, equipment, or company property to Supervisor/Manager
• Clean and remove waste materials and general housekeeping duties to remove hazards
• Follow and comply with the company's policies, procedures and processes either written or as instructed
• Miscellaneous tasks as instructed by supervisor/management

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity you will have

• Ability to understand and perform picking duties using paper and paperless systems
• Previous experience would be advantageous
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Must be physically fit with the ability to undertake manual handling activities
• Computer skills: data entry, barcode scanning and automated stock control system
• Time management and organisation skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
