We are looking for a

Business Change Implementation Specialist to join our Technical division. Reporting to the Head of Technical Delivery, you will be asked to support projects and initiatives to effect required changes to deliver upon the business plan and strategic objectives.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that the Technical Division is in a position to respond to all regulatory and legislative change while meeting the ongoing needs of customers, regulators and shareholders.
  • Actively participate in crossteam project and process/ solution improvements.
  • Contribute to and assist in the preparation of relevant papers.
  • Scope business projects, engage with stakeholders, schedule meetings and lead project work.
  • Represent Technical division in enterprisewise projects.
  • Be a divisional SME on project management, technical terminology and change implementation.

Important to your success:

  • Experience in an operational role with repeated experience of leading/ involvement in projects, acquired in a general insurance or financial services organisation.
  • Ability to manage projects effectively, organising tasks and managing competing resources and demands; experience in Jira, or similar, would be helpful.
  • Sophisticated stakeholder management skills to effectively understand project scope, manage expectations and communicate progress.
  • Pays high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and can quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
