Note: This role involves relocating to Saudi Arabia by the end of 2024 (specific date TBD).

The Partner Manager (PM) will align partner value with customer accounts in the Middle East Market. You will work with Systems Integrators, eCommerce, Digital, and Marketing Agencies passionate about Adobe Digital Experience solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Set up an executive engagement plan for the partner ecosystem.
  • Drive partner sales revenue by building strong relationships with decision-makers in the region.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to facilitate deal registrations.
  • Lead go-to-market activities with partners to attract new clients.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies with partners.
  • Organize joint marketing initiatives to generate demand.
  • Define partner success metrics to drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Deliver platform capabilities demonstrations and serve as a subject matter authority in digital experience ecosystems.
  • Promote collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within the team.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in business or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience working with Global System Integrators and Global Agencies.
  • Strong background in the Middle East Market.
  • Sales experience, direct or indirect, is a plus.
  • Proven track record in growing partner businesses across regions.
  • Ability to engage with partner C-level executives.
  • Experience in a software company, agency, or SI/Agency is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue goals in client acquisition-driven businesses.
  • Passionate about overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of the business landscape in the Middle East market.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed and relocate to Saudi Arabia by the end of FY24.

Our compensation is competitive, ranging from $153,800 to $270,700 annually, with variations based on location and expertise. Our sales roles offer a total target compensation (TTC = base + commission). Non-sales roles feature base salary and an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Eligible positions may also receive long-term incentives through equity awards.
