The purpose of this role is to support the delivery, management and optimisation of all owned platforms, including workbenches, driven by a deep understanding of web and customer experience analytics, including the design and development of Information Architecture, site structure, individual page design and content creation and enabling integration with reporting and analytics.

As part of a small team, we are looking for an all-rounder - someone who is comfortable writing content, chasing internal reviews, taking on feedback, publishing and then looking at the metrics to find learnings.

Proactive and with a strong attention to detail, you're comfortable following a process and are also willing to suggest improvements and find a better way.

Looking for a role that allows you to take deep ownership of your work and play an active role in Australia's tight knit boating community?

Important to your success:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in strategic consumer marketing roles, preferably in a fullservice marketing department in a medium to large corporate environment.
  • Support the delivery of the digital strategy (including usability and brand) and measure the impact on sales through Club Marine and partner sites.
  • Collaborate to support the transition to online customer experiences to align with strategies to win, retain and grow customers.
  • Digital content management in a Financial Services context with ideation based on customer or business need, management of stakeholder reviews and approvals, publishing using Adobe CMS and ensuring ongoing compliance through regular monitoring and periodic reviews.
  • Review owned sites and platforms to ensure quality, accuracy and alignment to brand and customer experience strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate digital business requirements into best practice digital execution.
  • Ensure internal and external customers have a positive "Allianz Experience", including timely communications, quality of service, and management of expectations for new development and problem resolution.
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact a dynamic and complex organisation.
