It helps our SME customers manage the day-to-day activity, including prospecting, quoting, selling and inventory and integrates with MYOB and XERO accounting platforms to provide a true end-to-end system.

The Role

  • We're looking for a hardworking, resultsfocused Digital and Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. We adopt a collaborative workstyle, striving to build and expand brand awareness through reaching potential customers across ANZ.
A Digital and Social Media Specialist for us is someone who can do the following:

  • Manage campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google AdWords. This includes creative concepts, ensuring strategies align with business goals, media spend management and analysis.
  • Evaluation of opportunities to seek new audiences and to drive prospect traffic to the Tall Emu website
  • Collaborate with teams within MYOB to optimise Tall Emu's digital presence across both brands
  • Continuous review of landing pages and onsite performance to optimise conversion rates
  • Retarget site visitors who have not converted and develop test plans to optimise messaging and CTAs

What Makes you a Great Fit

  • Proven experience of creating & increasing demand in an ecommerce environment. Bonus points for experience marketing for software products.
  • Expert level with Google Ads and social media having created and managed campaigns.
  • Previous experience with optimising landing pages & conversions and running a continuous test & learn program.
  • Proven experience with campaign management toolsets
  • Successful in driving previous acquisition strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Planning and managing projects in a cross functional environment
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills to evaluate campaign performance and develop business cases to support new opportunities.
