We have a great opportunity for an experienced retail Store Manager to help lead a fast paced team, in Petbarn in Box Hill.


You will also be a people focused, talented retail leader who is hands on with the team and can create and maintain a positive team culture.

Are you?

An experienced retail manager
- or FMCG Department Manager looking for an opportunity to run a tight knit team
A leader with a "hands on" approach to all aspects of your role.
A passionate service orientated leader
- creating a next level customer experience
Proven ability to lead a team, while keeping the team engaged, happy and focused on achieving results
Experience in full P & L accountability
The ability to drive KPI's
Have strong merchandising and inventory skills
Have a love of animals

Your primary objective will be:
To work with your team in delivering sales and KPI objectives
To provide an outstanding service offering while leaving and mentoring a passionate team
Deliver on all key accountability areas
Create a self sufficed retail team

You must be an experienced retail manager with at least two years' experience in retail management.

You must be able to work a flexible retail roster
