About the role:


The Program Support Officer - Book Groups provides primary support to the Book Groups program within Short Courses and works with the Short Course Operations team to ensure the successful day-to-day administration and customer service for the program.

The role of Program Support Officer - Book Groups underpins the successful delivery of Book Groups and Short Courses by ensuring the timely and accurate provision of client-centric services and provides customer service and administrative support.

The Program Support Officer - Book Groups is a member of the Book Groups unit in Short Course Operations.

This position is responsible for working professionally with employees at all levels across the Box Hill Institute and liaising with relevant external stakeholders, including Book Group members, contractors, suppliers and collaboration partners.


Your Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • A degree or diploma or a relevant qualification in administration or related field and/or relevant work
experience in administration and customer service.

Expertise Requirements

  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to responds to clients' needs and keeps the client or stakeholder uptodate with issues and developments. Promptly follows through on stakeholder inquiries, requests and complaints. Proactive approach to taking responsibility for correcting problems promptly and without becoming defensive.
