In this role you will:

Join a team of IT professionals, ensure the successful delivery, continuous improvement and ongoing support of IT solutions. This role acts as the IT solution lead and central point of contact for assigned works with our internal and external stakeholders. Strong Manhattan WOMS skills are essential along with excellent communication skills and will be based in Sydney either Rhodes or Arndell Park.

You will be accountable for translating complex business requirements into IT solution deliverables, with a focus on warehouse functions

You will be working within a team of IT Analysts overseeing configuration, testing and implementation of the solutions within agreed timeframes and to defined budgets.

You will proactively support and drive the efficient and effective resolution of IT problems and incidents, with a focus on preventing reoccurrence in future.

You have the following qualities & qualifications:

  • Project management experience with technical and 3PL/4PL industry specific business knowledge
  • WMS experience in configuration and/or support (Strong preference for Manhattan WMOS experience)
  • Strong experience delivering IT solutions to external customers
  • Proven experience with systems integration design, configuration and/or support
  • 2+ years experience in complex SQL query writing
  • Excellent personal presentation and strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills
