What we expect from you:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, reporting to the Senior State Sales Manager, to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
  • Aim to fulfill sales volume, value, and gross margin objectives for the designated territory, focusing on boosting profitability.
  • Nurture relationships in the State and Regional powder coating markets to maximize new sales prospects.
  • Manage existing and potential Powder Coatings key accounts, such as Fabricators & Applicators, following AkzoNobel sales policies to drive continuous profitability and business expansion.
  • Collect market intelligence to pinpoint Powder Coatings opportunities in the State, aligning with AkzoNobel Business Principles to grow the customer base and market share.
  • Meet Health, Safety, Environment, and 5S goals to ensure a secure work environment.
Your key qualities:

  • Prior experience in the coatings industry, preferably in technical sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of company products, systems, and application methods.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong customer orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to navigate diverse customer requirements and market changes.
  • Readiness to travel regionally as needed.
