An exciting opportunity exists to join our Claims Enablement team as a Trainer for Claims Capability & Standards.

  • In this diverse role, you will facilitate Induction programs and coach new and existing employees to support them in their Claims careers at Zurich. You will be responsible for designing/delivering programs, coaching on legislation/policies/procedures, and coordinating all training. Partnering with a range of internal stakeholders, you will identify key business needs and in response provide relevant and efficient learning that will help the Claims team meet their objectives.
  • If you have a desire to showcase your experience in large finance or insurance operations, and you love developing people in critical technical competencies, this will be the ideal role
  • Important to your success let's grow together
  • Finance industry or insurance experience and broad understanding of technical insurance concepts
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment/and or relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Demonstrated interest in training/mentoring key roles in financial services operations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate in an agile environment
  • Experience using Office 365 (including SharePoint), Learning Management Systems highly desirable.
