They work closely with government, community and non-profit partners to create full-service business support that makes socially inclusive employment easy and sustainable.


the organisation is now looking for a Project Advisor to support the organisation in this time of growth and change.


The Position
In this newly created position, you will report directly to the Major Projects Director.

The initial focus will be on supporting the Major Projects Director in implementing initiatives undertaken as per the funded project, including:

Working collaboratively with partners, to ensure milestones are delivered/exceeded to agreed timelines, build and maintain partnerships with employers, industry stakeholders and peak bodies.


And coordinate the delivery of the project, ensuring reporting requirements including data systems are accurate and up to date, to support the collection and analysis of data.


The Person
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in the employment sector
  • Knowledge of labour market trends and employment skill shortages
  • Understanding of the diversity and inclusion sector
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong administration skills and the ability to work autonomously.
