Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging integrity and compliance issues and anticipate legislative changes and policy reforms.
  • Provide advice and support to the Principal Advisor and the broader Integrity and Regulation Branch leadership team on matters relating to process improvement, integrity, compliance, policy, and regulation reforms.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence that are clear, concise, and grammatically correct, on time, and that demonstrate an understanding of the operational context.
  • Support the development and maintenance of integrity and compliance approaches and frameworks for the organisation.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Public Administration, Regulatory policy, or equivalent discipline.
  • Proven experience in policy analysis, development, and regulatory reform processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills using clear and concise language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of $55-$65 plus Super, inclusive of 25% casual loading.
  • A short-term assignment duration of up to 3 months with an immediate start.
  • A Melbourne CBD location or Working from Home Arrangement.
