About the role


McIlwain is looking for a Structures Supervisor who will oversee the execution and successful completion of construction tasks essential to meet project specifications.


Duties

  • Conduct construction activities following secure work protocols and consistently prioritize the safety of workers and the general public.
  • Collaborate and synchronize with the Project Manager/Senior Supervisor/Construction Manager on overall project requisites.
  • The Supervisor must verify that all ongoing tasks undergo a thorough Pre-task Assessment.
  • Strategize and arrange timely allocation of resources for project finalization.
  • Adhere to all environmental, traffic, Workplace Health & Safety regulations during the project.

Skills & experience

  • Certificate IV in Civil Construction or equivalent qualification
  • Over 7 years of experience in civil construction
  • Proficiency in Structures
  • Possession of a valid Driver's license and White Card certification
