Wecurrently have an opportunity for a People & Organisation position thatwill take care of complete P&O functions (Hire to Retire) for Australia andSouth Korea countries. We are looking for a key professional with considerableyears of Leadership experience who is willing and able to drive the People andOrganisation element of the Innomotics organisation. This is anall-encompassing HR Management role responsible for Governance, TalentAcquisition, People & Leadership development, and performance Management,local Benefits, statutory compliance, local regulations, reviewing the payrolland closely working with the payroll outsourcing service providers.

Reporting Line: To the Head of P&O – APAC and ME Meta Region

Location: Australia (Melbourne, Perth, or Brisbane)

The Senior P&O business partnerrole brings deep insights, a strategic approach and an independent viewpointand P&O expertise to business issues.

It would involve consulting andinfluencing senior leaders to act on emerging people-related topics.The role holder translates businessrequirements into human capital imperatives and utilizes the full value chainof P&O to derive relevant P&O solutions to meet the evolvingtransformation of the Innomotics business. The position plays a key role inorchestrating and facilitating changes to organizational culture, mindset, andstructure, with a heavy focus on business transformation and change management.

You will work in close cooperation with the partnersfrom the business and Asia Pacific and Middle East P&O team, you willimplement the HR strategy for your international area of responsibility in aneeds-oriented manner, derive tailor-made, innovative measures, and beresponsible for establishing P&O programs and initiatives in Australia andKorea.

Innomotics in a process of setting upa standalone organization. This role will lead the P&O/HR project stream inestablishing the standalone P&O / HR function.

·Youbring an understanding of the business and its strategy and actively drive theP&O perspective to the respective countries.

·Playa key role in orchestrating and facilitating changes to organizational culture,design, and structure. Closely working with APAC & ME Region P&O Headand global P&O partners.

·Drive& Implement effective P&O programs/initiatives (e.g. recruiting peopledevelopment, compensation & benefits implementation, organizationaldevelopment, and change) for various countries together with the responsiblecolleagues in your international support area.

·Understandthe external world and its implications on the business and people strategy(Industries, Markets, Customers, P&O/HR, People practices, etc.) and bringthe outside in perspective.

·Partneringwith business leaders to actively analyze and drive cultural change in linewith business strategy.

·Orchestrateand connect business with experts across the HR value chain to develop new orleverage existing solutions. In doing so, you will build networks and use themin a target-oriented manner.

·Youare responsible for advising leaders/managers/employees individually on variousstrategic and operational topics.

·Youare responsible for crafting the collaboration with an external and internallegal advisor to lead compliance with country-specific legal requirements.

·Youwill also mentor managers on topics such as change management, leadershipdevelopment, succession planning, and building a diverse talent pipeline.

·Youwill facilitate discussions (e.g. leadership feedback) and workshops (e.g. teamworkshops) and contribute your ideas and experience to overarching P&Oprojects.

·Youwill be responsible for driving people initiatives and projects across AsiaPacific and the Middle East.

·Adegree qualified with extensive experience in managing entire employee lifecycle.

·Behands-on, proactive, organised and have the ability to manage all operationalelements of the role.

·Indepth knowledge of Australian employment law, statutory obligations with thecapacity to learn and quickly understand the Korea employment law, statutoryobligations.

·Experienceworking with national engineering teams (desirable), managed project business.

·Familiarwith industry benchmarks and HR best practices.

·Youbring international work experience in dealing with a diverse group of peopleincluding levels of seniority, cultures, and cross-border exposure

·Youhave entrepreneurial understanding and work independently.

·Youshould also be capable of influencing and leading change. You are open to newworking methods and interested in working with employees from differentcultural backgrounds. Transformation and change processes are part of everydaylife for you.
