Role Overview:


Our client is seeking an innovative, proactive, and driven professional to join their highly regarded portfolio management team As the Lease Administrator, you will assume a pivotal role in overseeing property portfolios for occupiers, with a primary emphasis on industrial properties.

Your responsibilities will encompass strategic and comprehensive management, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing value for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer valuable insights on repairs and maintenance responsibilities by carefully reviewing lease agreements.
  • Monitor and communicate important dates, (eg. lease expiry and option dates) to ensure proactive planning and decisionmaking.
  • Adhere to strict compliance with contractual terms while efficiently managing lease obligations, including leases, subleases, and license agreements.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity in relevant systems through regular and thorough database management.
  • Foster strong and collaborative relationships with clients, promoting open communication and trust.
  • Prepare customised reports tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of clients.
  • Stay informed about market trends, rental rates, and regulations.
  • Analyse and review annual outgoings budgets, conducting reconciliations.
  • Facilitate annual rent reviews to maintain fair and competitive rental agreements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the Residential, Commercial, or Industrial Property industries, or a recent university graduate
  • Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail with a passion for the property industry.
  • A collaborative team player and innovative thinker who thrives in a fastpaced environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with effective relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in database management and relevant software tools.
