THE ROLE :

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our Leadership Team. The Business Manager plays a crucial role in working with the Principal to lead the school towards its mission and vision within our Core Values.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT MUST HAVE :


- Experience in financial management within a school setting.


- Relevant tertiary qualification/s in administration or related field.


- Minimum of 5 years experience in financial management with a focus on operational and Christian leadership.


- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting.


- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in educational institutions.


- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.


- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.


- Proven Christian Leadership experience.


- Familiarity with compliance issues affecting schools.


- 'Paid' Working with Children Bluecard or willingness to obtain.


- First Aid & CPR Certificate in an Education setting.


- Awareness of Work Health and Safety practices.


- Current Driver's Licence.
