**The role**

You'll be empowering and motivating our teams of DES consultants, across 4 sites, to drive the very best outcomes for job seekers who have a disability. Your teams' success is what drives you, so regular training and mentoring will be important, supporting them to hit their KPIs. You'll also lead by example, engaging with job seekers to provide tailored disability employment services.
