In this role, you will be responsible for the technical management and organisation of data, working closely under the supervision of a Revenue Analyst.

You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data, while supporting data analysis and reporting activities.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and availability for analysis and decision-making within the revenue operations function.


  • Collaborate with the Data Analyst to develop and maintain data management processes and procedures specific to revenue operations. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of revenue data by implementing data quality controls, validation rules, and data cleansing techniques.
  • Manage revenuerelated databases, including designing and maintaining data structures, optimising database performance, and implementing data security measures. Ensure the availability and accessibility of revenue data for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams, such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to integrate revenue data from various sources into a centralised system. Develop and maintain data integration processes and workflows to facilitate accurate and timely data updates.
  • Support the Data Analyst in generating revenue reports, dashboards, and insights. Collaborate with the team to identify and analyse revenue trends, patterns, and anomalies. Assist in developing data visualisations and presentations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Validate and maintain data integrity by conducting regular data audits and implementing data quality control measures.
  • Support the development and implementation of data analytics projects to enhance sales forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Optimise sales systems and databases to support data needs.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proven experience in data management, database administration, or a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and metrics.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle and prioritise multiple projects and tasks.
  • Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on emerging data analytics trends and technologies.
