About the role:


The Data Specialist position would work in a distributed stakeholder environment as the team embarks on the transition journey to a new CRM system which would encompass Grant Management and other modern customer relationship management (CRM) functionalities.

Due to the large scope, the complexity, and the need to deliver this program in a timely manner along with the need to manage existing ICT BAU, team would like to engage an experienced Data Specialist to work within the ICT team as part of the GMS/CRM transition Project.


Duties


Responsibilities for this role are to work closely with the ICT Project Manager, Data Team, Business Stakeholders, Vendor data specialist, Sr.

Business Analyst, key stakeholders & multi-disciplinary team to design, develop and participate in ICT led data migration activities relating to the Grants Management System (GMS) replacement with a new CRM system having Grants Management functionalities.


  • Focus on detailed Data/Content analysis, Data related ETL activities and demonstrate experience in complex, high volume data migration projects.
  • Positively respond to changes, undertake impact analysis on data domain and maintaining documentation to reflect changes
  • Develop complex ETL processes and streaming data solutions for multiple source system
  • Interact and communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Required experience/skills:

  • 5 years experience working in complex business environments as a BA
  • Demonstrated experience in business modelling, requirements elicitation, data modelling and legacy system analysis
  • Any formal Business analysis training and/or certifications (desirable)


 Digital tools
  • Microsoft Teams & SharePoint, Microsoft DevOps
  • Ability to articulate technical issues to technical and nontechnical stakeholders

Plus point:

  • Experience working on Salesforce/ CRM related projects would be plus point
  • Formal training and /or certification in Salesforce/ CRM Modules would be beneficial
  • Serve as an agent of change and drive effective communication to all business stakeholders.
  • Agile certification with an extensive understanding of Agile principles
