Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to join our People and Culture team as a Reporting and Analytics Manager.

Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, Risk and Governance, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of analytical solutions that support data driven decision making and enable the People and Culture function to operate with scale and sustainably.


You will design people reporting and metrics using various systems and tools, to ensure a contemporary and relevant suite of dashboards and reports, providing workforce insights for our business leaders.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and secure endorsement for a Reporting and Analytics plan for People and Culture, including optimisation of existing capability as well as the introduction of new capabilities to meet current and future business needs.
  • Evaluate and recommend People analytics tools, software, and platforms to improve visualization, reporting, and analytic capabilities.
  • Utilise advanced analytics techniques to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in People data that can lead to actionable insights and improve decisionmaking.
  • Identify and implement simplification and automation where viable.
  • Support key stakeholders including to understand, interpret and use the data and information and confidently present analytical insights that seek to drive and influence change.
  • Lead the development of reporting and analytics capability within People and Culture community through structured learning interactions and informal coaching.
  • Analyse workforce data to assess the effectiveness of people programs, initiatives, and policies.
  • Work with stakeholders to implement data governance and controls relating to people reporting & analytics to meet data privacy and compliance obligations.
  • Determine business needs and drivers through stakeholder consultation and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in analytics, reporting, or data management, ideally supporting a People and Culture or Human Resources function.
  • Experience in developing People insights underpinned by a robust understanding of business strategy and priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using related systems, platforms and tools (eg Workday, Power BI and any reporting & analytics platform).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in driving process and system improvements.
  • Experience working with large data sets and delivering endtoend reporting solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
