As an EHS Business Coordinator you will assist with achieving some of EHS goals and activities across the Melbourne locations.

You are going to be hands-on and comfortable initiating all safety & environment projects.

You will also have experience in giving specialist advice to improve the safety, well-being, and environment that our teams work in.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete sitebased risk assessments.
  • Update Manufacturing SOP's.
  • Drive EHS and site safety awareness.
  • EHS planning & systems management.
  • Provide Leadership to Section Managers in their ownership to EHS.
  • Internal site auditing and continuous improvement of systems.
  • Monitor performance & adherence to site improvement plans.
  • Lead and manage proactive hazard & risk management processes across all sites.
  • Endtoend injury management including Worker's Compensation.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in WHS/EHS.
  • Work Cover, Rehabilitation, and Return to Work.
  • Past Injury Management experience.
  • Experience in EHS auditing.
  • Be able to implement WHS/EHS bestpractice processes.
  • Understanding of Chain or Responsibility and Dangerous Goods legislation.
  • Excellent computer and Excel Literacy.
