Our Graduate Program


The VLC Graduate Program offers participants an opportunity to develop a broad foundational understanding of the world in which we operate, to consider transport and land use policy settings; underlying socioeconomic behaviours; the needs of public and private sector clients; and our broader obligations to the communities in which we operate.


Throughout our one year Graduate Program, you will receive mentoring, professional development, formal training, and opportunities to attend industry events.

This diverse range of experience will allow you to be supported while discovering where your interests lie.

About you


We're seeking graduates and early career professionals with 1-3 years of experience who are available for both full-time and casual roles in 2023 that can lead to permanent employment in 2024.


Our graduates are:
