Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Administration and Client Management Specialist. You will assist with client management tasks, organize and grow our client database, and conduct outreach initiatives to maintain client engagement. This position operates on an AEST schedule, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update client data using CRM tools like HubSpot, transitioning from Excel spreadsheets to a more efficient system.
  • Conduct research to gather additional information about clients, including finding their LinkedIn profiles and other relevant data points.
  • Assist in creating and implementing email templates and social media outreach strategies to engage clients and nurture relationships.
  • Use tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enhance client outreach efforts and optimize engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of client interactions once engagement is established.
  • Maintain organized records of client communications and interactions for future reference.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales administration, client management, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially HubSpot, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in online research and using digital tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Great organizational skills with close attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
