The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Following up suppliers
  • Following up with transporters
  • Working closely with the Control Tower team to support operations across various clients
  • Providing business support to their team and stakeholders.
  • Records management document filing, mail management.
  • Assisting with maintaining the Authority's Project Register,
  • Previous experience providing administration support is highly desired

Key selection criteria include:

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with a range of people preferable Logistic Background
  • Knowledge and experience with Word and Excel.
  • Capable of working independently and in a small team.
  • Must be presentable.
