Monday to Friday + WFH

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handle invoicing and billing for clients, including tracking payments and following up on overdue invoices
  • Review and amend contracts for customers
  • Perform data entry duties
  • Read and understand contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Cross check quotes to ensure accuracy and fairness
  • Provide support to other team members as needed
  • Assist in other administrative duties

To be considered for this role you will possess the following:

  • Minimum 1 years experience in Administration or similar role
  • Knowledge and understanding of reading/amending contracts is desirable but not necessary
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Have strong attention to deal
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Be motivated, fastmoving and driven person
