As internal sales, you will play a vital role in driving the company's sales growth and building strong relationship with our valued customers.
This a full-time permanent position with opportunities to grow and advance within our company
What your day looks like?
- Process orders via phone and email.
- Provide customer service- counter sales and via phone.
- Attend to general and sales enquiries.
- Assist with pick packing orders.
Who are we looking for?
- 6 months to a year experience in customer service industry
- Good communication and able to build rapport.
- Mechanical aptitude or an interest in our automotive or industrial engineering industry.
- Good verbal and written skills
- Computer literate at an intermediate level
- The ability to multitask and priorities your workloads.
- Team player to support other areas when required.
