The Opportunity


On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for an EL1 Program Coordinator to join the PMO based in Richmond.

This is a 12 month assignment, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week with a hybrid working arrangement on offer.


As the EL1 Program Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the PMO Director including updating the plans, developing reports, liaising with stakeholders to provide timely updates and identifying areas for improvement.


Responsibilities include;

  • Coordinating project activities and ensuring they are aligned with program goals and objectives
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration among program stakeholders, including project managers and team members, business leaders, and other stakeholders
  • Monitoring and reporting on program status, risks, issues, and performance metrics
  • Supporting the development and implementation of program governance processes and procedures
  • Participating in regular program reviews
  • Updating Project Action & Risk Registers
  • Timely collation of accurate management reporting that satisfies all internal and client driven reporting needs

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Proven high quality, articulate stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to liaise with nonproject staff in coaching and change management outcomes
  • Enthusiasm and proactive drive to continuously improve ways of working
  • Ability to develop reporting at an executive level with an excellent eye for detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
