Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will greet visitors and handle inquiries, ensuring that our clients are given an excellent first impression of our organisation.
Expected Joining Date :
Immediate.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and transfer phone calls to the appropriate department or employee
- Handle inquiries from customers, clients, and vendors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Manage the signin and signout process for visitors and maintain the security log
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Should have full time working right with full time availability
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Commitment to principles of diversity and inclusion and experience working with culturally diverse customers;

$ $25.00 per hour
