Fraud and Scam Officer - Big 4 Bank

  • Evening / Night Shift

Your new role

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the management of work flow to ensure we deliver customer outcomes at the agreed service level
  • Liaise with stakeholders - such as phone teams, branches, risk, fraud, and customers regarding their queries and following up until acceptable resolution reached for all parties concerned/involved. Clear and effective communication where relevant (e.g., notes in our systems, emails etc)
  • Effectively handle, escalate and follow-up customer queries, issues, and complaints, using judgement to resolve customer concerns on the spot
  • Pro-actively manage daily business activities by operating within set guidelines and governance

Your skills and experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Relationship management skills
    • Self / time management skills
    • Strong attention to detail skills
    • Flexibility and availability for shift work
  • This is a 24/7 contact centre - Candidates open to evening and night shift are highly desired
