Your new role Some of your responsibilities will include: Support the management of work flow to ensure we deliver customer outcomes at the agreed service levelLiaise with stakeholders - such as phone teams, branches, risk, fraud, and customers regarding their queries and following up until acceptable resolution reached for all parties concerned/involved.
