This role will see you join a growing change management function, working hand in hand with the Program Director for Non-Financial Risk to deliver on a diverse change portfolio.

You're a natural collaborator, with proven ability to build relationships and support others.

Needless to say, you have excellent communications skills, with an ability to make the complex simple for our stakeholders and end users.


If you have change management and training experience gained in risk transformation/risk change projects at Manager level, or if you have worked in Big 4 consulting with a heavy focus on client engagement and project delivery - we would love to hear from you.

We like to build diverse teams so would consider experienced change management professionals.

What impact will you have?
Working closely with project teams in RMG, and with stakeholders right across FMG, your role will include:

  • Designing training to be rolled out across FMG stakeholders based on the material released by the RMG program team
  • Assessment and communication of the impact of the change on the business, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed.
  • Developing and executing change, training and communication plans to deliver fit for purpose change solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption.
  • Designing and developing change collateral e.g. presentations, training materials, and reference materials. Working with the Program Director for Non-Financial Risk to map change delivery at a portfolio level, identifying change capacity risks, and looking at ways to deliver sustainable change practices to high impact groups.
  • Collaborating and taking part in our change management network, sharing success, inspiration, and learnings to build on the change capability within the Group.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in supporting businesses to deliver exceptional people outcomes.

No two days will be the same in this role, you will thrive on exposure to a number of projects within the portfolio, with the opportunity to own specific pieces of work from day one.


You will have a proven track record of exceptional influencing and the ability to present ideas and insights through storytelling.

This combined with a delivery background, you will be adept at identifying and translating people impacts into meaningful change management interventions.

You are highly collaborative and a natural problem solver.

You are proactive, organised and people-oriented, experienced in dealing with a range of stakeholders with an ability to engage staff around a clear vision amidst a wide range of initiatives underway.
