We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and bring our packaging visions to life.

Job Description

  • Design and develop packaging concepts for new and existing products.
  • Create artwork and layouts for product packaging, including boxes, labels, and inserts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on design trends and competitor packaging.
  • Prepare and present design proposals and concepts to stakeholders.
  • Work with external vendors to ensure high-quality production and execution of packaging designs.
  • Revise and refine designs based on feedback from the team and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all designs meet regulatory requirements and sustainability standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product packaging design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualise and implement innovative designs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
