About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Property Coordinator to complement our high performing team.

Reporting to the Property, Fleet & Travel Manager, you will ensure the ongoing operational and commercial excellence is upheld, whilst providing technical advice and hands on approach to building maintenance and fault repairs.


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide effective building and properties support in the form of maintenance, faults reporting and repairs, cleaning services, garden, security, and car park administration.
  • Manage and contribute to the development of property management and maintenance policies and procedures.
  • Manage the development and coordinate routine property management schedules, inspections, and repairs.
  • Identify, plan, and implement preventative maintenance programs, including obtaining quotes, completing the works, corrective action and completing relevant documentation.
  • Manage building security and the Building Management System, including data maintenance and record keeping.
  • Provide inductions and manage trades and contractors on site to ensure all requirements are met and all works are performed safely.
  • Support development of budgets and monitor and maintain expenditure.

About you
In addition to sharing our passion, to be successful in this role you will have:

  • Significant work experience withing Properties or Building Services.
  • Understanding and exposure to contract management and administration.
  • Experience in providing input towards contractual agreements, tenders, pricing schedules and strategic sourcing initiatives.
