Our client is one of WA's leading Universities offering world class academic services to their students.
They are offering a bright property coordinator the opportunity to work with a fantastic team of professionals. You will have ideally worked in a property environment with exposure to commercial leasing and have a comprehensive understanding of processes around leasing documentation.
Supporting the team, you will be joining a fast-paced environment across a portfolio of commercial, retail and residential so attention to detail and pro activity is key. A background in Commercial or Retail Property is highly desirable.

**You will be able to undertake and deliver the following**:

- First point of contact for all tenants and stakeholders.
- Provide leasing administration support through negotiation to execution.
- Tracking of leasing transactions ensuring all documentation is accounted for.
- Assist with lease renewals.
- Provide property management support across portfolio.
- Preparation of disclosure statements.
- Liaising with solicitors on packages.
- Monitoring financials including budgeting, forecasting and tracking of expenditures.
- Management reporting, meeting minutes, data entry.

You will be a strong administrator and be able to manage your time effectively. Personal attributes will include a diligent work ethic, strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with all stakeholders.
