Your canvas will be the inbound contact center, where you'll not only meet customer needs but exceed their expectations with every interaction.
Position Overview:
Job Title: Banking ConsultantLocation: 530 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000Work Arrangement: Hybrid role with 50% office attendance and 50% remote work – after you have completed your 7 weeks of full-time trainingShift Patterns: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week Start window 7:00 – 10:00Start Date: Monday 8th July 2024Salary: $65, inclusive of 11% SuperTraining: 7 weeks of full-time paid training (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm) before transitioning to the regular shift patternTraining Format: Combination of classroom and on-the-job training, including high support trainingTraining Location: Onsite at 530 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000Holiday Restrictions: No holidays allowed during the 7-week training periodResponsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service by providing efficient solutions and responses to customer enquiriesHandle Everyday Banking enquiries, account openings, and processes via telephone and online channels.Listen actively, build trust, and ask relevant questions to exceed customer expectations and improve outcomes.Contribute to maintaining a balanced team culture that prioritises people, customers, risk, and performance.Qualifications & Skills:
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with demonstrated experience in customer service roles.Proficiency in using computer systems and ability to navigate multiple systems.Strong verbal communication skills to listen, build rapport, and convey complex information effectively.High level of resilience, empathy, and adaptability to handle various customer situations.While previous call centre experience is desired, it is not necessary. Suncorp Bank is willing to provide training for candidates with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.Commitment to self-development and eagerness to enhance skills and capabilities in the role.Ability to work collaboratively as a supportive team member.Shift Patterns:
Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week Start window 7:00 – 10:00*'Start window' means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown. You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown.
