Banking Consultant - Brisbane Inner Suburbs & CBD Branches
Suncorp Bank is seeking customer-oriented individuals to join our Team at our Brisbane Inner Suburbs & CBD Branches as Banking Consultants.
We have several flexible part-time positions available, offering between 20-30 hours per week. Successful candidates must be available to work 5 days a week.
NOTE: The role may be located at any of our Inner Suburbs & CBD Branches including Stones Corner, Indooroopilly, 80 Ann St & 243 Edward St.
Our Banking Consultants come from diverse backgrounds, but they all share a passion for providing excellent customer service. They make customers feel at ease, ask the right questions, and ensure their needs are met.
What you'll do
- Provide seamless customer experience by advising on suitable products and services.
- Introduce and assist customers with digital banking products.
- Assess customer financial needs and offer solutions.
- Efficiently complete over-the-counter transactions.
- Identify and provide solutions for customers' financial needs.
