What you'll be doing

JLL is on the lookout for a Property and Facilities Assistant to lend a hand to the Operations Manager in providing top-notch property and facilities management services for a government-owned portfolio.

  • Aid in budget preparation, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, and graphs.
  • Help in monthly reports preparation
  • Generate purchase orders and establish contracts in PAMS.
  • Keep a close eye on rental arrears
  • Support the Rent Review process (Fixed and CPI)
  • Handle creditor Tax Invoices coding
  • Assist with Tenant Account Queries
  • Contribute to the production of Tenant Tax Invoices and Reconciliations across the portfolio.
  • Communicate with contractors, tenants, owners as needed to assist the Operations Manager in providing facilities management services.
  • Coordinate Contractor Inductions and Site Access
  • Organize Tenant Work Requests and Maintenance Tasks through Evolution
  • Manage Maintenance Contracts
  • Oversee Asset Registration
  • Arrange, Set Agendas, and Minute Monthly Tenant Meetings
  • Handle General Administration, filing, and any other requested assistance.
