Our highly trained, person-centered team is equipped with the necessary resources to fulfill our client's needs seamlessly.

Your Experience You will bring a person-centred approach, placing the person at the centre of their service.
You will work collaboratively, tailoring your approach to the needs of the individual.
You will quickly establish rapport with clients and their families and have clear and effective communication skills.
You will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy in case notes and record-keeping.

You will be comfortable supporting adult clients with intellectual/physical disabilities, high medical needs, mental health diagnosed or high behavioural concerns.

Special requirements This role requires a male Support Worker who can assist our Client both in their home and in the community.

Some special requirements for this role are as follows: You are willing to work in the presense of the client's family members You are willing to use your personal vehicle to transport the client (Kilometers used whilst with the client will be reimbursed which covers: decline in value, registrationinsurance, maintenance, repairs and fuel costs.)

Bilingual - Bengali and English speaking Willing to work in Athelstone Your Availability Current shifts available for our client are as follows:
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - 3:30pm-6:30pm Possibility of more shifts may be available.

Role Requirements A minimum Certificate III in Disability or equivalent Current NDIS Worker Screening Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)Safe Environments for Children and Young People - "Through Their Eyes" Training First Aid and CPRCurrent CPI/MAPA training Manual Handling certificate Evidence of right to work in Australia Medication Administration Certificate, Basic Continence Care and Infection Control/ Basic Health Support Certificate will be highly preferred and if not, willingness to obtain these will be required.
