We need someone who can work their magic and drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and monetization efforts in the buzzing US market.


What you'll be doing:

  • Dream up and execute mindblowing marketing initiatives that transform leads into loyal, deposithappy customers.
  • Take charge of customer acquisition by crafting irresistible campaigns, especially on social media and other moneymaking platforms.
  • Show off your Facebook and Google advertising skills to create captivating ads and lasertarget the right audience.
  • Collaborate like a pro with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement CRM strategies, harnessing the power of tools like HubSpot and/or other relevant CRM platforms.
  • Keep a close eye on marketing performance by diving into analytics tools, crunching numbers, and using data to supercharge your campaigns.
  • Lead the charge, inspire your team, and create a work environment that's as vibrant as a startup should be.
  • Stay ahead of the game by keeping updated on industry trends and new technologies, sniffing out growth opportunities like a bloodhound.

What you'll need to bring to the table:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (having a master's degree is a definite plus, but not a deal-breaker).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, CRM, and customer acquisition, ideally in a subscription based business.
  • You should know HubSpot and other CRM platforms like the back of your hand, because we won't settle for anything less.
  • You're a pro when it comes to Facebook and Google advertising platforms, creating killer ads, and targeting like a sharpshooter.
  • Your analytical skills are second to none, and you're a master of marketing analytics tools.
  • Communication? You're a maestro, both written and verbal, because effective collaboration is your middle name.
  • You've got that naturalborn leader gene and can rally a team like nobody's business.
  • You can take a business vision and, turn it into a reality.
  • You're proactive, detailoriented, and you thrive in the fastpaced, adrenalinefueled environment of a startup.
