What You'll Do:


As a Technical Assistant you will work closely with the Field Service Technicians to carry out routine preventative maintenance and remedial repair of gaming machines and associated equipment at customer sites, as well as provide a high level of customer service.


You will do this by:

  • Carrying out preventative maintenance of gaming equipment
  • Log and report all daily completed scheduled tasks
  • Assist with repairs of gaming equipment
  • Assist with upgrades, modifications and game change conversions
  • Work with the team for installations and removals of gaming equipment as well as relocations
  • Ensuring all activities meet compliance and regulatory requirements

You are a quick learner and ready to roll up your sleeves and support your team and most importantly you are people person and enjoy interacting with people.

You are trustworthy, self-starting logical thinker, looking to work as part of a close knit high performing team.

  • Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Enjoy interacting with customers with the ability to build great relationships
  • The ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Have a practical mindset and be able to think on your feet
  • An interest in Gaming machines would be an advantage
  • Be physically fit as this role can involve some lifting
