Role Responsibilities

  • Manages overall service delivery and business success across a portfolio of customer accounts, growing the portfolio via the addition and expansion of accounts
  • Responsible for technology delivery success by orchestrating delivery efforts across all technologies in play on assigned accounts, ensuring delivery performance aligns with contractual scope of services and service level agreements
  • Handles resource management processes including resource forecasting, supply and demand management, commissioning and decommissioning resources, and managing resource assignments
  • Oversees performance of direct and indirect technology resources to ensure teams meet/exceed delivery expectations, addressing any performance issues as needed with managers
  • Collaborates with sales, Client Growth, and Account Directors/Exec leaders to identify and advance opportunities for account growth
  • Provides inputs for Statements of Work (SOW) and Scope of Services documents including staffing estimates, timelines, pricing models/estimates
  • Navigates contracts to protect business interests and mitigate risk in delivery engagements
  • Ensures timely transition of opportunities from sales phases into delivery phases including resource mobilization
  • Oversees project performance during implementation phases with Project Managers and Program Managers
  • Manages team performance during operational phases with Operations Managers and Support Managers
  • Ensures account and delivery management processes, controls, and best practices are utilized
  • Accountable for financial targets at engagement- and account-level including managing revenue, profitability, budgets, forecasting, etc.
  • Acts as escalation point for delivery-related issues, leading issue resolution efforts
  • Collaborates with Account Directors/Exec leaders to ensure technology solutions enable core business services
  • Contributes to account planning processes ensuring delivery commitments align with account strategy
  • Understands commercial and financial models associated with technology business and services offerings
  • Balances and achieves outcomes across internal and external stakeholder groups

Role Requirements

  • Accountable for team performance with a % of performance measured by team results
  • Resolves technical, operational, and organizational problems, adapting plans to address challenges
  • Provides technical guidance to employees and customers
  • At senior levels, may manage professional employees with authority over direction, resources, and development
  • Offers in-depth understanding of systems, theories, and practices across technology delivery engagements
  • Applies industry understanding to contribute to objectives
  • Guides, influences, and persuades others internally and externally

Education Credentials

  • Requires a bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of business and technical delivery experience
  • MBA or similar post-graduate studies are beneficial
  • Experience with SDLC, Agile, ITSM, and/or ITIL best practices
  • Familiar with corporate real estate (CRE) and real estate technology market
  • Understands PropTech, IWMS, Smart Buildings, IoT, etc.
  • Cultural sensitivity and diversity training
