We are currently searching for an Administration Support to help the operations function across a growing team in the Natural Resource sector.


This is a diverse role and no two days will be the same, the main responsibilities include:

  • Monthly invoicing
  • Project set up in D365 and project administration
  • Arrange travel bookings, medicals and responsible for arranging the teams inductions in clients systems
  • Calendar and event management
  • Formatting of proposals, reports and CV conversions as per our corporate identity standards
  • Supporting and the preparing the team for audits
  • Handle the teams IT procurement requests and work with IT team to arrange set up
  • Assisting the team with general queries

Qualifications

  • 1 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • A business administration qualification, an accounts/finance qualification or relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with D365, Teams and Sharepoint would be an advantage
  • Proactive approach with the ability to drive compliance requirements of the team
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, ability to work autonomously and strong problem solving skills.
