Role Overview:

As an Area Manager at Young Engineers, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact in your designated region.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from generating leads with schools and educational institutions to overseeing the marketing, sales, and delivery of various STEM programs.

Your outstanding leadership skills will be crucial as you manage a team of sub-area managers and educators, guiding them to deliver exceptional learning experiences for our young participants.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to promote Young Engineers' programs within the assigned area.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with schools, educational authorities, and community stakeholders to generate leads and foster partnerships.
  • Lead marketing and sales efforts to increase program enrollment and maximize outreach.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of various STEM programs, maintaining high standards of quality and educational excellence.
  • Provide leadership, support, and mentorship to subarea managers and educators, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor program performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with the Young Engineers leadership team to contribute to the overall growth and development of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Management, Engineerings or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or educational management, ideally in the STEM education sector.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of achieving targets and goals.
  • Passion for STEM education and a genuine interest in nurturing young minds.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
