We're searching for a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to lead the ongoing development of our digital assets, with a primary focus on websites.

As a key player in our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality websites designed to increase sales and improve the end user experience.


ABOUT THE ROLE

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of website development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Act as a bridge between technical and nontechnical teams, fostering effective communication and understanding.
  • Collaborate closely with IT to define technical requirements, ensuring the timely and onbudget delivery of website features and improvements.
  • Work closely with Marketing to incorporate brand guidelines, optimise user experience, and drive digital engagement and sales
  • Partner with Customer Service to gather insights and identify opportunities for website optimisation to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to establish testing criteria and ensure the delivery of highquality digital assets.
  • Regularly assess the performance of digital assets and implement improvements based on user feedback and analytics data.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a track record of successful product delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field and certification in Product Management a plus.
  • Strong understanding of website development processes, technologies, and trends.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Familiarity with travel or hospitality trends is a plus
  • Loves a challenge and rolling up your sleeves to get the job done
