**About the Role**

We are looking for a proven results focused
**Production Planner / Buyer** to plan and coordinate production operations across the ASSA ABLOY - Door Group to achieve production volume, quality yields and raw material sourcing in line with the business requirements. You will have key internal and external relationships and be accountable for a range of business outcomes.

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Coordinate, execute and maintain production planning by optimising human and machine resources
- Prepare rolling production scheduling for manufacturing within the planning tools to meet the finished goods volume forecasts
- Formulate, analyse and present demand exception reports for use within Sales and Operations planning
- Adhere to capacity, production and material availability constraints while minimizing customer impacts and last-minute short-term planning changes
- Drive forecast accuracy and process improvements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers and stakeholders

**About You**

You will be results oriented professional with a sense of responsibility and ownership. You will operate with a high level of structure, energy & autonomy and the ability to work in cross functional teams. To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Strong Interpersonal and Influencing skills
- High level accuracy and attention to detail
- Capable of working under pressure in a busy production environment
- A good knowledge of materials, glass, timber and lacquer etc.
- Industry knowledge of assembly and machining methods
- Ability to read and understand workshop drawings
- Completed a Production Certificate (or equivalent) with demonstrated experience in a complex manufacturing environment
