A little bit about the roleWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales and Service leader to join our team.

This is a senior position reporting direct to the Chief Executive Officer.

The Senior Manager Sales and Service is accountable for leading a team of approximately 20 to achieve the best outcomes for our members and the Credit Union.

This will be achieved through the ongoing development and adoption of a member focused sales and service framework.

What you can expectReporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will:
Lead the Sales and Service team (including branches, lenders and contact centre) in a cohesive manner consistent with our valuesDevelop and drive adoption of our Sales and Service Framework to achieve our commercial objectivesEnsure member feedback is thoroughly understood and taken on board where appropriateBuild and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including developing community and referred relationshipsBe familiar with all relevant regulations and policies and actively promote compliance within your teamAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will have:At least 7 years banking experience in a leadership roleA successful track record of leading a team across a distributed networkAbility to manage multiple priorities and switch emphasis as circumstance dictateDeep understanding of sales and service frameworks, including data driven events, to ensure consistent delivery and outcomesEffective report writing and communication skillsHighly effective interpersonal skills and with the ability to build and maintain relationships
