Description:
Digital Biz Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to contribute to significant client ventures across different cities in Australia. This is a full-time position.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders to grasp business needs, ideas, and data prerequisites.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of essential banking elements such as customer onboarding, account management, interest handling, reporting, and access management.
  • Analyze and evaluate banking channels to guarantee standard availability for mobile banking, online banking, APIs, and teller platforms.
  • Maintain rigorous compliance with banking rules and standards.
  • Provide ongoing support for core banking and channels through data analysis, project outputs, risk management, and operational support to attain strategic goals.
  • Establish a unified support structure for loan origination, servicing, secondary marketing, lending administration, and risk mitigation.
  • Design and implement API integration and swagger specifications.
  • Conduct thorough cause and effect analyses related to complex financial, operational, and risk factors.
  • Lead requirement workshops, brainstorming sessions, discovery, and training activities.
  • Oversee requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation processes.
  • Promote the use of Agile methodologies, especially within the core banking and channels field.
  • Clarify business integration requirements with the scrum team and external parties.
  • Maintain effective communication with various executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Deliver comprehensive training on user acceptance testing.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Technology, Computer Applications, or Engineering with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.

A decade of solid experience in the banking sector.

Proficiency in API Exchange, integration, Open banking standards, New payment platforms, and Real-time payment solutions.

Capability in B-Pay, RTGS, Direct entry, File transfer, and data ingestion solutions.

Expertise in domain-driven design models, event storming sessions, and cloud-based data orchestration.

Data Analysis proficiency and substantial experience in the banking industry to develop insight-driven BI models.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and perform tasks effectively.

Skilled in Agile methodologies and Experience-led product engineering approaches.

Ability to lead delivery utilizing modern engineering practices to achieve outcomes.

Salary: $100,000 and above
