Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key teams to maintain and support the core business functionality of the D365 environment.
Utilize business process modelling techniques to depict process flows and identify areas for enhancement.
Transform business requirements into technical deliverables aligning with industry best practices.
Develop and prepare documentation such as technical requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Provide support for users, perform troubleshooting, and conduct root cause analysis of production issues.
Interpret requirements and develop software following team leadership and architectural design vision.
Build and nurture strong relationships to facilitate effective communication and stakeholder involvement.
Contribute to initiatives that positively impact stakeholders within the VET domain.
What We Are Looking For:
Technical Expertise in Dynamics 365 ecosystem with a proven track record of contributing to complex business initiatives.
Experience aligning technical delivery efforts with strategic objectives.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, departments, and stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in identifying and implementing process improvements.
Experience engaging with stakeholders at various levels and managing expectations.
Track record of contributing to informed decision-making through clear analysis.
Proficiency in documenting analysis findings and requirements in clear and concise formats.
Role Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, Azure Pipelines, and Power Apps Flows.
Experience in developing Dynamics 365 solutions.
Proficiency in integrating and consuming Azure platform services using Pipelines, Dataverse, and Power Apps Flows.
Experience managing and contributing to projects within digital transformation or modernization initiatives.
Comprehensive understanding of Dev Ops pipeline, release, and environment management in an Agile delivery environment.
Proven negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and effective communication skills.
