About The Opportunity

  • Following the sustained growth of our business, Elders has embarked on a largescale, transformational project, investing in the future of our Iconic Australian company.
  • Known as SysMod, this project is introducing major innovation and change to our systems and process and will ensure that our business practices are efficient, sustainable and designed to enhance the customer experience.
  • You will lead the development of a Business Process Management framework and establish business process governance as part of implementing new ways of working being introduced through the business transformation program.
  • Working closely with the project team, you will be an integral part of this exciting project and have the opportunity to have a genuine impact on project outcomes and success.
  • This role is ideally based in either Melbourne or Adelaide however all locations will be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team to document As-Is and To-Be business processes and Standard Operating Procedures in line with business transformation program delivery.
  • Develop a sustainable business process management framework and governance to maintain best practices.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to provide practical best practice advice and procedures to standardise practices and identity improvement opportunities.
  • Coach, mentor and train internal teams on business process management, benefits and ownership of business processes.
  • Be Product Owner of Nintex Process Manager business process management software.
  • Understand, support and manage the needs of a wide range of stakeholders and being able to engage and communicate at various levels across the organisation.
About You

  • To be successful in this role you will
  • Have leadership experience or are ready to take the next step in your career
  • Experience developing and implementing business process management framework and governance
  • Proficiency documenting and writing standard operating procedures and business processes, ideally using Nintex Process Manager software
  • Ability to collaborate and engage with stakeholders and translate technical data into clear and relatable forms is essential
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or Business or having completed six sigma training is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a retail, supply chain environment will be highly regardedAbout Elders
